New Moon Divination for Love

Traditionally performed on the first night of a New Moon. while sitting on a gate or fence. Alternately done while kneeling on ground fast (embedded) stones. Hands crossed at wrist, right over left, palms up and open. Hold a moonstone in right hand and a small mirror in left hand.

Saying:
"New Moon, New Moon, I hail thee !
New Moon, New Moon, be kind to me

Alternate 2nd line ( By all the virtue in my body )
Grant this night that I may see
Who my true love is to be."

It is obligatory on these applicants for information, to go to bed presently after, when dreams will reveal to them their future partner.

Hebes is the beautiful daughter of Hera and Zeus. Hebe is the goddess of youth and beauty. She attends her mother Hera and Aphrodite. Hebe was  given in marriage to Heracles after he was deified and raised to Mount Olympus.

Hebe served as sacred cup bearer for the dpirits of Mount Olympus serving nectar and ambrosia. Hebe is petitioned for blessings of rejuvenation. Hebe is usually depicted wearing a sleeveless dress. Hebe was also worshiped as a goddess of pardons or forgiveness; freed prisoners would hang their chains in the sacred grove of her sanctuary at Phlius
